This weekend's 1 in 36 guest is Lisa Candera. Lisa is the “Autism Mom Coach”, she’s a lawyer, and has her own podcast. Lisa has a son with autism, which has led to her passion of 1:1 coaching and supporting other mothers with autistic children. Through her coaching program, she teaches moms how to manage their minds, regulate their emotions and soothe their nervous systems using a cognitive behavioral and nervous system informed approach together with her real-life, in the trenches experiences as a full time single mom to a teen with ASD and other comorbid diagnoses.
