Bozenski serves as the Chief Development Officer and oversees the Development department. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Miami University of Ohio and her master’s degree in clinical social work from New York’s Columbia University. Bruce is a Reservations Representative in Dallas-Fort Worth as well as the Program Director & founder of 'It's Cool to Fly' at American Airlines. Since its launch in 2014, ICTFA has served more than 5,000 participants and 1,500 families! This program is essentially a mock travel experience, helping children and their families know what to expect from their air travel experience and bringing greater inclusion, awareness and understanding to those on the autism spectrum. Their focus is on providing special needs adults within the surrounding community a place to learn a skill and develop a sense of accountability and pride. Michelle has been the Director of Community Outreach at the Seaver Autism Center since 2013!
She is also a clinical psychologist and an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Gorenstein is interested in bringing evidenced based social skills programming for children and adolescents on the autism spectrum to community centers.

Dr. Buxbaum is the Director of the Seaver Autism Center. He is also a professor of psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. His research focuses on using techniques of molecular genetics and neurobiology to identify genes that contribute to autism susceptibility.
