Bozenski serves as the Chief Development Officer and oversees the Development department. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Miami University of Ohio and her master’s degree in clinical social work from New York’s Columbia University. Melissa is the parent of a 19 year old young man on the Autism Spectrum. She is also the producer and director of the film 'Aging Out'. As Melissa became concerned about her own son’s future and the futures of thousands of other children with ASD, she knew the best way to bring awareness to this issue would be a documentary film. Chris is the Executive Director of Rutgers Center For Adult Autism Services. He is also an assistant professor of Clinical Practice at Rutgers university. The Rutgers Center For Adult Autism Service offers adults with ASD a one-of-a-kind support program that makes an independent and fulfilling life possible. Lauren is the Manager of the Volunteer Services Department at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City. She has been with the museum for almost five years, helping to facilitate accessibility programs and initiatives. The Discovery Squad is a unique tour program designed for families affected by autism spectrum disorders. The program was developed in 2013 in collaboration with the Seaver Autism Center at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
